In April of 2013 River's Edge Meat Market and Catering, as well as the new restaurant, The Edge, opened on Main Street in Jefferson. Here Scott, Linda, and their reliable staff continued their family-owned business with providing quality meats, cheese, processing, bakery, and catering services. April of 2014 will be our 1 year anniversary in the new store but it has been almost 30 years of serving in Jefferson County and surrounding areas.
