We will NO longer be processing Beef and Hog. Our long time friend and butcher had retired in 2019.We Thank Chuck for all his time and dedication throughout the years. Our whole River's Edge Family will miss him and we wish him all the best!

Deer Season
Due to many reasons and recent changes in our Venison Dept, we are sorry to inform you that we will NO longer be taking in Whole Deer or partial bone-in Deer. This means there is NO General Processing that will take place here at River's Edge. We truly apologize for any inconveniences this may cause.


We Are accepting Boneless Venison Trim to be made into Sausage and/or Burger!

Please be sure that it is boneless, clean, and if it is not frozen, it will most likely be frozen until we are able to get to your order. Also if you would like your own meat back, we ask that you have atleast 20 pounds of venison that will be going into one item per flavor. Otherwise your meat will be mixed in with others in order to make a full batch.
